Do I need a specific wearable? +
No. cue. works with Apple Health, Garmin, Google Fit, Samsung Health, MyFitnessPal, Flo, Oura, Whoop, and most major tracking apps. If you have an iPhone and Apple Watch, that's enough to get started. More integrations ship with every update.
What if I don't track food or my cycle? +
cue. works with whatever data you have. Sleep, steps, and your three daily scores are enough for your first cues within 48 hours. Every additional source makes the insights sharper — but nothing extra is required on day one.
Is my health data private? +
Your data is processed on your device. Calendar event titles are never read or stored — only meeting counts and timing are used. Cycle data is opt-in only and deletable at any time. We never sell your data, ever.
How is this different from my wearable's app? +
